A backup that has never been restored is a rumour. We run nightly copies and we have pulled them back when a plugin update went badly. That is the point.

Managed hosting for WordPress and static sites. Backups you can actually restore, updates on a schedule, and a person on the other end when the logs look wrong.

A box you do not have to think about
We keep WordPress and static sites on machines we actually watch. PHP versions, certificates, and disk are our problem. Yours is the work the site is for.
If you are coming off a host that disappeared, a “managed” plan that never answered, or a cheap box that fell over on a long weekend, that is ordinary work for us. We move the site, check the DNS, and stay on the line until it loads from a phone that is not ours.
Updates
On a schedule
Core, plugins, and certificates get a window. We do not “set and forget” a live shop at midnight without a restore path.

Site down, checkout broken, or a white screen of death: call 0459 807 319 on the yellow button. We treat that as a fire, not a form.
The stack
What we will host
- WordPress: brochure sites, studio sites, and small shops
- Static sites: fast, small, no plugin maze
- TLS certificates, PHP versions, and disk we watch ourselves
- DNS help when you are ready to point the domain
- A move off a flaky host, planned so the old site stays up until the new one answers
We do not sell “unlimited” anything. If a site needs a specialist stack we do not run, we will say so before you pay for a month of the wrong box.
